Joseph W. Desch, Jr.

Joseph W. Desch Jr., a longtime resident
of Warminster, where he lived in the home
he built with his wife of 74 years,the late
Marian Desch. He was 96.
He was the loving father of Cheryl Ingui
(Richie), Pamela Troisi (Michael Sheehan),
and Lisa Grossman (Gary).
He also is survived by nine grandchildren
and four great grandchildren. He was
preceded in death by his son, Joseph W. Desch
III and his grandson, Pasquale Troisi.
Joseph was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran
and a Pearl Harbor survivor serving on the
USS Helena. He was the owner of Tab's
Hair Salon in Jenkintown for 50 years.
Relatives and friends will be received Monday,
Jan. 16, after 9:30 a.m. until time of
his funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. in Nativity Of
Our Lord Church, 625 W. Street Rd.,
Warminster. Interment Sunset Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations
be made to the Pasquale Troisi Scholarship
Fund, c/o D'Angelo Foundation, 969 Street Road,
Southampton, PA 18966, in memory of Joseph.
